摘要 随着脑中风现象的逐渐频繁,其术后的手部运动功能障碍问题也越发地受到重视。专家们普遍认为通过有目的的训练以刺激皮质层重组助于运动功能的恢复。为了得到更好的治疗效果,近年来机器人技术被引入该领域。本文详细阐述了一种新型手部康复机器人Z-hand,重点介绍了该机器人的外骨骼手指部分、外骨骼掌背部分以及驱动部分的结构,同时也介绍了该机器人分别针对不同恢复阶段的三种治疗策略:被动式训练、单手指训练以及多手指协调训练。
