摘要
以过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合反应将丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)单体接枝到改性稻壳纤维中合成稻壳基高吸水性树脂.研究了反应温度、引发剂用量和交联剂等因素对高吸水性树脂吸液率的影响.结果表明,反应温度为55℃,m改性纤维∶m丙烯酸∶m丙烯酰胺=1∶3∶2,引发剂用量占单体质量的1.56%,交联剂用量占单体质量的0.44%时,制备的高吸水性树脂吸液率最大,其对吸去离子水和0.9%Na Cl的吸液率分别为154.5 g/g和34.6g/g.
With potassium persulfate as initiator, N-methylene double acrylamide as crosslinking agent, using aqueous solution polymerization to acrylic acid ( AA ) and acrylamide ( AM ) monomer grafting to the synthesis of the modified rice husk fibre rice husk based superabsorbent resin. Studied the reaction temperature, dosage of initiator, crosslinking agent and other factors on the liquid absorption rate of superabsorbent resin. The results show that the reaction temperature of 55 ℃, mmodified fiber : maerylicacid : macrylamide= 1 : 3 : 2, quality as a benchmark to monomer, initiator dosage was 1.56%, the dosage of crosslinking agent is 0.44%, and the preparation of super absorbent resin liquid absorption rate is the largest, its absorption of deionized water and saline solution ratio as high as 154.5 g/g and 34.6 g/g.
