絮凝剂在胶结充填应用中的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 为解决新城金矿充填料浆在采场离析、脱水困难以及超细尾砂在砂仓中沉降困难等问题,通过设计模拟采场情况和细砂在砂仓沉降的试验装置,进行室内试验选择出合适的絮凝剂种类及其添加量。试验结果表明,合适的絮凝剂可加速砂仓中超细尾砂沉降并加速充填料浆在采场内的沉降、脱水,减少充填料浆的离析,絮凝剂的种类和添加量的选择要综合考虑到其加速沉降、脱水等各个作用过程。 To solve the problem of stope segregation, dehydration difficulties in filling slurry and superfine tailings settling difficulties in sand tank of Xincheng Gold Mine, we conducted a laboratory test to select a suitable flocculant and its adding amount though an experimental equipment of simulating the situation of stope and fine sand deposition in sand silo. The result of the test shows that the appropriate flocculants can accelerate the sedimentation of super fine railings in sand silo. It can also accelerate the sedimentation and dehydration of filling slurry in the stope and reduce the segregation of filling slurry. For the selection of flocculant type and its dosage a comprehensive consideration into its effects on each process of sand silo, stope and filling should be taken.
