露天矿山牙轮钻机数字化寻孔系统开发 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前露天矿山牙轮钻机寻孔精度不高、穿孔作业管理困难的问题,以高精度OEM板卡为基础搭建定位基站,与移动站实现牙轮钻机精确定位,并通过Lab VIEW与VC++混合编程技术实现远程数据获取与辅助寻孔操作。在江西某矿山的YZ-35型牙轮钻机的实际应用结果表明,该系统实现了厘米级精度牙轮钻机寻孔以及钻机工作状态的实时监控,提高了钻机的寻孔精度,为露天矿山的爆破质量提高提供了技术支撑。 In view of the current open pit mine rotary drill hole searching precision being not high and the drill hole operation management being hard,a positioning base station and the mobile station to achieve precise positioning of rotary drill rig based on high precision positioning board were built. Remote data acquisition and auxiliary hole searching operation was realized based on the installation of hall sensor and the implementation of hybrid programming technology of LabVIEW and VC + +. The practical application in the YZ-35 type rotary drill rig in a mine of Jiangxi showed the system can realize a cm-level precision of rotary drill digital hole-searching, providing technical support for improving the quality of open-pit mine blasting.
