甲醇制二甲醚固体酸催化剂的研究进展

Research progress of methanol-to-dimethyl ether solid acid catalyst

综述了甲醇脱水合成二甲醚过程固体酸催化剂的研究现状,分析了固体酸催化剂改性的研究成果。目前应用的固体酸催化剂以活性氧化铝和分子筛为主,通过优化制备方法或添加助剂方式可以提高固体酸催化剂催化性能。指出了甲醇脱水固体酸催化剂的研究方向和应用前景。

This paper summarized the research status of synthesis of dimethyl ether solid catalyst by dehydration of methyl alcohol, and analyzed the search results of solid acid catalyst modification in recent years. Presently, the solid acid catalyst used is mainly activated aluminum oxide and molecular sieve, and optimizing preparation method or adding additive can improve solid acid catalytic performance. It pointed out the research direction and application prospect of methanol solid acid catalyst.
