摘要
通过对国内溶剂再生装置能耗和成本情况的调查,分析了溶剂再生装置设计和生产中存在的各种问题,提出了用硫胺比代替硫化氢浓度指标的理念,指出了两塔流程为多用户溶剂再生装置的工艺发展方向。
Through investigation made to the energy consumption and cost of domestic solvent regeneration units, this paper analyzed various problems existed in solvent regeneration unit design and production, put forward thiamine ratio instead of H2S concentration index concept, and pointed out that the two-tower process flow is the development trend of multi-user solvent regeneration units.
