摘要
根据实际运行过程中的参数变化,从油品中含水、发生的副反应和氢键三个方面分析了DCC裂解石脑油加氢后干点升高的原因。提出了加强脱水、提高氢纯度等相应解决办法。
Based on the parameter change during actual operation, and from three aspects including water contained in oil, side reaction occurred and hydrogen bond, this paper analyzed the causes for higher dry point of DCC unit cracking naphtha after hydrogenation. It pointed out the solutions such as intensifying dehydrogenation and improving hydrogen purity.
