提高重油催化裂化装置汽油辛烷值的措施

摘要 针对锦西石化公司重油催化裂化装置的现状,在装置原料不变的条件下,通过更换催化剂种类;优化反应—再生系统的工艺操作参数;提高反应温度和剂油比等优化措施,汽油辛烷值得到明显提高,创造了较好的经济效益。 In the view of status quo of the residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) units in Jinxi Petrochemical Company, the scheme of improving gasoline octane number was implemented under the conditions of the same raw materials. By taking the optimizing measures such as changing the types of catalyst, optimizing the process operation parameters of reaction- regeneration system, and increasing reaction temperature and C/O ratio, the octane number of gasoline has been improved significantly and better economical benefit has been made.
