合成气装置气化炉高温热电偶在实际使用过程中寿命较短。文中从工艺、设备、操作参数等方面分析了热电偶易损坏的原因,提出了延长热电偶使用寿命的具体方案,为气化炉的安全平稳长周期运行提供了保障。

Because the service life of the gasifier temperature thermocouple is short, this paper analyzed the cause of the damage of thermocouple from the process, equipment, operating parameters and so on, and put forward the specific solutions to extending of service life, which provided guarantee for the safe and smooth operation of the gasifier.
