摘要
阐述了不同的连续重整工艺中成套进口电加热器的应用现状。分析了国产成套电加热器首次在600 kt/a连续重整装置中投产运用,结果表明,国产成套电加热器的应用降低了设备费用、缩短了供货周期,打破了该领域进口电加热器的长期垄断的局面。
This paper expounded application status of imported complete electric heaters in different continuous catalytic reforming process. It analyzed the initial application of domestic complete electric heaters in the 600kt/a continuous reforming unit. The result showed that the application of domestic complete electric heater has reduced equipment cost, shortened supply period, and broken the situation of long period monopoly of imported electric heaters in this field.
