摘要
某炼油厂重油催化装置原控制系统操作站部分组件已老化,系统机柜电源故障率高,I/O卡件设备频繁出现故障。原装置联锁与工艺过程控制由装置DCS系统实现,机组联锁与机组过程控制由ITCC系统实现。实施系统的技术改造后,DCS系统为装置连续控制系统,ESD设置独立的紧急停车系统,ITCC系统为调速控制及防喘振控制系统。并利用机组喘振线实测技术实现TS3000控制系统的喘振控制功能。
Some components of the original control system operation station in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of an oil refinery had aged, the fault rate of system cabinet power source was high, and I/O card equipment broke down frequently. The original interlock and process control of the unit was realized by DCS system, and the machine unit interlock and process control was realized by ITCC system. After technical transformation of the systems, DCS system is used as the continuous control system of the unit, ESD is set up an independent emergency shutdown system, and ITCC system is used as speed governing control and anti-surge control system, and machine unit surge line' s actual measurement technique is used to realize the surge control function of the TS3000 control system.
