银屑病病人自我效能感与生活质量的相关性研究

Study on correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with psoriasis

[目的]了解银屑病病人自我效能与生活质量水平,并探讨两者之间的关系,为提高和改善银屑病病人的生活质量提供依据。[方法]采用一般资料调查问卷、慢性病自我效能量表和皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI),对130例银屑病病人进行调查,分析其自我效能与生活质量的相关性。[结果]本组银屑病病人自我效能总分为(6.59±1.21)分,生活质量总分为(15.97±3.98)分,自我效能与生活质量水平呈正相关(r=0.751,P<0.01)。[结论]银屑病病人自我效能水平较低,生活质量处于中、低水平,自我效能与生活质量密切相关。

Objective：To know about the self efficacy and quality of life of patients with psoriasis,and to probe into the relationship between them,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of life of patients with pso-riasis.Methods：A total of 130 patients with psoriasis were investigated by using the general data questionnaire, chronic disease self efficacy scale （DLQI）and skin disease quality of life index scale,and the correlation be-tween self efficacy and quality of life was analyzed.Results：The total score of self efficacy was（6.59±1.21） and the total score of quality of life was （15.97±3.98）,the self efficacy was positively correlated with the quality of life （r=0.751,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Self efficacy level of the patients with psoriasis was lower, quality of life was at the middle and low level,and the self efficacy was closely related to quality of life.
