代谢组学技术及其在针灸临床疗效机制研究中的进展

Progress of Research on the Technology of Metabolism in Acupuncture and Moxibustion

代谢组学是一种具有整体研究功能的组学研究方法,在针灸学机制研究中具有良好前景。随着针灸临床疗效机制研究与代谢组学技术结合的不断深入,寻求一种符合代谢组学研究方法并兼顾针灸效应特点的研究策略显得尤为重要。笔者对近10年针灸代谢组学研究进展进行分析,并提出针灸临床疗效研究与代谢组学技术结合的几点建议。

Metabonomics is a kind of whole function research group study method, which has a good prospect in the research of the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion. Along with the deepening of clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the mechanism and metabolic omics technologies combined with and seek a meet the metabonomics research methods and taking into account the effect characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion research strategy is particularly important. The author of nearly 10 years the metabolism of acupuncture and moxibustion group research analysis, and put forward the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion research and metabolic group science and technology combined with some suggestions.
