高校辅导员职业枯竭现象产生与工作压力的关系研究

The Research on Relationship between Job Burnout and Work Stress of College Counselors

目的：探讨高校辅导员职业枯竭现象与工作压力的关系。方法：以黑龙江省本地高校200名辅导员为调查对象,采用马斯兰枯竭量表通用卷和高校教师工作压力量表进行问卷调查。结果：研究发现情绪枯竭因子在婚否、有无子女等方面存在显著差异,未婚者得分显著高于已婚者（t=6.68,df=182,P〈0.05）,无子女者显著高于有子女者（t=7.13,df=182,P〈0.05）;低成就感因子在学历、婚否等方面存在显著差异,硕士辅导员显著高于本科学历层次的辅导员（t=-12.67,df=182,P〈0.05）,已婚者显著高于未婚者（t=-6.57,df=182,P〈0.05）。在辅导员工作压力中,工作年限超过9年者显著低于0~4年的辅导员（t=3.37,df=81,P〈0.01）。通过相关分析,辅导员的职业枯竭中的各因子与工作压力的多个因子相关显著（P〈0.05）,工作保障、教学保障、工作负荷因素对辅导员职业枯竭现象的产生具有预测作用。结论：辅导员的工作压力对辅导员职业枯竭的产生具有显著影响。

Objective： To examine the relationship between job burnout of college counselors and work stress.Method： 200 college counselors from Heilongjiang province were asked to fill out the questionnaires of Maslach Burnout Inventory （MBI-GS） and College Teachers Job Stress Scale.Result： （ 1. ）There were ~ignificant differences Of emotional exhaustion factor in marital status and with or without children, unmarried people were significantly higher than married people （ t=6.68, df=182, P〈0.05 ）, and those without children were significantly higher than＇those with children （ t=7.13, df=182, P〈0.05 ） . （ 2 ） There were significant differences of low achievement factor in education and marital status, master instructors were significantly higher than those with bachelor degree （ t=-12.67, df =182, P〈0.05 ）, and married people were significantly higher than unmarried people （t=-6.57, df=182, P〈0.05 ） . （ 3 ） To working pressure, college counselors with more than 9 years＇ experience were significantly lower college counselors who worked from 0-4 years （t=3.37, df=81, P〈0.01 ） . （ 4 ） Through related analysis, there were significant correlation between each factor of job-burnout and most factors of work stress （ P〈0.05 ） .Three factors of work stress, job security, the guarantee of the teaching and working load factors had predictive effect on job burnout of college counselors. Conclusion： The work stress of college counselors have significant influence on the job-burnout.
