盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗在小儿肺炎治疗中的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的:观察盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗在小儿肺炎治疗中的疗效。方法:选择2014年2月-2015年7月本院儿科小儿肺炎患儿92例作为研究对象,将其按住院编号法随机分为联合用药组46例与常规对症组46例。常规对症组给予常规肺炎对症干预;联合用药组在常规肺炎对症干预同时予以盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,比较两组疗效、体征消退时间及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:联合用药组总有效率高于常规对症组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组咳痰、发热、喘息、肺部啰音消退时间均短于常规对症组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规肺炎对症干预基础上,应用盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎效果良好,可促进临床体征消退,改善患儿症状,且用药安全性高,不会对小儿带来严重不良反应,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Method： 92 pediatric pneumonia patients in pediatric of our hospital from February 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the combination group and the conventional group according to the hospital number, each group had 46 cases.The conventional group was given regular symptomatic intervention for pneumonia in children.The combination group was given Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride on the basis of symptomatic intervention for pneumonia in children.The curative effect, the signs subsided time and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The regression times of expectoration, fever, gasp and lung rale in the combination group were shorter than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： On the basis of regular symptomatic intervention, using Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can receive good effect.It can promote the fade of clinical signs, improve children＇ symptoms and it has high drug safety.It doesn＇t bring serious adverse reactions in pediatrics, which is worth promoting.
