结合本院实际情况和开展临床药学工作的体会进行分析总结,探索适合抗感染专业临床药师在区级医院临床工作中切实可行的工作模式。抗感染专业临床药师在区级医院可以通过药学查房、临床会诊、患者用药教育、抗菌药物处方点评、围手术期抗菌药物管理、制作安全用药宣传手册、设立用药咨询室、跟随家庭医师进社区等方面开展工作,为住院患者、门急诊患者、社区居民提供药学服务。

To discuss the working mode of clinical pharmacists at anti-infective specialty in district hospitals based on the working experience of clinical pharmacist in our hospital. Clinical pharmacists at anti-infective specialty in district hospitals can provide a variety of services for the patients of hospitalization and emergency and outpatients as well as community residents, including pharmaceutical ward round, clinical consultation, medical education, anti-bacterial prescription comment, perioperative anti-bacterial agents management, making brochures for safe medication, medication consultation, following the family doctor into the community.
