第3代轮毂轴承单元沟道挡边高的设计分析

摘要 通过计算第3代轮毂轴承单元的最大法向载荷、实际接触角、转角及接触椭圆长半轴,并结合沟道与钢球的几何关系,推导出最小挡边高计算公式。分析轮毂轴承单元在不同侧向加速度、预载荷、接触角、偏移量和沟曲率半径的条件下所需最小挡边高,为沟道最小挡边高的设计提供参考。 The maximum normal load ,actual contact angle, rotation angle and semi -major axis of contact ellipse of third generation hub bearing unit are calculated. Combining with geometry relationship between steel ball and raceway, the calculation formula is derived for minimum rib height. The needed minimum rib height of hub bearing unit is calculated under different lateral acceleration, preload, contact angle, offset and raceway curvature radius, which provides a reference for design of minimum raceway rib height.
