摘要
通过对轴承应用工况的了解,针对原设计的密封缺陷,从理论上提出改进方法并分析其可行性。通过泥浆试验,对比轴承改进前后的密封效果,进一步验证理论的正确性。
Aiming at design defects for original seals, the design improvement method is put forward theoretically and the feasibility is analyzed through understanding application conditions of bearings. The sealing effects are compared before and after improvement of bearings through muddy test, and the correctness of theory is further verified.
