我国已经成为世界上第三大产奶国,乳业也进入转型升级发展阶段,但是乳业市场的波动问题仍比较严重,主要表现就是原料奶时常出现供需不平衡状况,而奶牛单产和规模化水平仍较低、过度依赖进口、乳业产业链中主体间利益分配尚不合理、乳制品消费需求疲软等都是导致该问题的原因之一。文章剖析国内乳业市场波动较为频繁和剧烈的原因,并从政府层面和乳企层面提出相关对策建议,以推动乳业转型升级。
