摘要
以往有关国际组织的研究主要在政治学、国际关系学、社会学等学科中展开,侧重强调国际组织的影响和作用,而对组织自身运行中传播问题的论述则略显不足。国际组织传播无法回避其成员国来自多民族国家,成员国之间在政治、经济、文化、社会和宗教等诸多方面都存在着巨大差异,成员国间对彼此和组织是否存在认同,以及认同范畴的大小都影响着国际组织的生存和发展。文章以组织传播学的视角,对国际组织中认同问题进行分析,涉及认同构建的前变量的探讨、自结构构建与认同的关联以及外结构传播的选择等问题。文章认为对国际组织传播中"认同"的研究,不但有利于组织传播中组织认同问题的分析研究,也有利于我国融入全球化、集团化和组织化的对外交往,为我国参与国际交往和国际组织活动提供参考和借鉴。
For a long time, the researches about international organization always focus on political science, international relations, sociology and other disciplines, and emphasize the influence and the role of international organizations, while the discussions on communciaiotn problem in the organization operation process are insufficient. International organization communication cannot avoid huge differences of various member states in culture, politics, economy, religion and society. Identity among member states and the scope of identity influence the survival and development of international organization. From the perspective of organization communication, this paper analyzes international organization identity and involves the discussion on variables before identity construction, relevance between self-structure construct and identity and external structure communication. The study on the identity of international organization communication not just contributes to analyzing and investigating organization identity problem in organization communication, but also contributes to external contact for China's fusion in the world, and collectivization and organization. This paper offers reference for China to participate in international contact and activities of international organization.
