摘要
文章在分析了废液晶显示器潜在环境危害和资源价值基础上,介绍了国内外废液晶显示器资源化技术的进展,主要包括液晶去除、偏振片剥离、铟回收以及面板玻璃资源化4方面,液晶目前毒性和危害未有定论,少数研究者仍在继续开展液晶无害化去除的研究;偏光片资源化成本较高,技术市场前景不明;面板玻璃资源化仍未引起重视,目前资源化利用率低,产品附加值低;铟因其较高的资源化价值,是资源化技术研发的重点,也是废液晶显示器资源化处理过程中污染防控的关键环节。针对目前中国废液晶显示器资源综合利用率低、技术系统性差、存在潜在二次污染,且设备研发少、产业化应用难的问题,提出了加强废液晶显示器处理技术研发和实施废液晶显示器资源化处理全过程管理的环境管理对策与建议。
Based on the analysis of the potential environmental risk and resource value of waste liquid crystal displays (LCDs), the research progress of waste LCDs recycling technology both at home and abroad was introduced, mainly including .liquid crystal removal, polarizing film stripping, indium recovery and panel glass recycling; As toxicity and harm of liquid crystal was uncertain, a few researchers still study the liquid crystal removal, and it was found that the polarizing film recycling costs were relatively high and technology market were ambiguous; panel glass recycling had not been taken seriously, the current resource utilization rate was low and there were low value-added products. Because of its high value, indium recycling is the main emphasis of recycling technology, and the key part of pollution prevention and control in the recycling process of waste LCDs. In view of low resource utilization rate, poor technology integration, potential secondary pollution, as well as less technology equipment and poor industrial applications of waste LCDs processing in China, series of environmental management countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the research and development of waste LCDs treatment technology and implementing the life cycle management in the treating process were proposed.
