2010-2013年绵阳市肺结核登记率变化趋势分析

Variation Trend of Registration Rate of TB in Mianyang City,2010-2013

目的分析2010-2013年绵阳市活动性肺结核和新涂阳肺结核登记率变化情况,为评价绵阳市结核病患者发现工作质量及"重大专项"实施效果提供依据。方法利用全国结核病网络专报系统登记报告数据,统计分析全市活动性肺结核登记率、新涂阳肺结核登记率、新涂阳肺结核患者占同期活动性肺结核患者的比例及其变化情况。结果 2010-2013年新涂阳肺结核患者登记数占活动性肺结核患者登记数比例依次为:52.85%、32.14%、17.96%和25.78%。2010年活动性肺结核患者登记率90.47/10万,新涂阳肺结核患者登记率47.81/10万,2013年分别为81.82/10万和21.09/10万。2010-2013活动性肺结核环比统计:依次为-0.69%、-8.25%和-0.03%;新涂阳肺结核环比统计:依次为-39.62%、-48.72%和+43.48%。结论 2010-2013年绵阳市活动性肺结核登记率逐年缓慢下降,2013年几乎停滞下降;新涂阳肺结核登记率前3年逐年快速下降,2013年调头上升;2010-2012年新涂阳肺结核患者占活动性肺结核患者的率逐年下降,2013年有所回升。

Objective To analyze the status of active TB and new smear positive registration in Mianyang city during 2010 -2013, in order to evaluate the implementation effect and quality of the TB screening work and to pro-vide references for ＂major special project＂. Methods Data were collected from national TB network and the active TB register rate, new positive smear rate were statistically analyzed. Results The proportion of new smear positive TB patients in the active patients were respectively 52.85% , 32. 14%, 17.96% and 25.78% in 2010 - 2013. The register rate of active TB was 90. 47/105 in 2010 and the new positive smear rate was 47.81/105.While those two indicators was respective 81.82/105 and 21.09/105. The link relative ratio of active TB was respective -0.69%, -8.25% and -0.03%, and the new positive smear rate was respectively - 39.62%, - 48.72% and 43.48%. Conclusion The register rate of active TB in Mianyan during 2010 -2013 shows an annual downtrend and almost stagnated in 2013. The register rate in the first 3 years shows a rapid declining trend and a sudden rising trend in 2013. During 2010 - 2012 the proportion of new positive smear TB in the active TB shows a declining trend and bound up in 2013.
