四川首例食用鱼干引起河豚毒素食物中毒的调查 被引量:6

摘要 目的查明引起食物中毒的原因,有针对性的采取预防措施。方法对所有就餐者和可疑餐次进行流行病学调查,比较病例与未发病者进食食谱的差异,结合临床表现和实验室检测结果,分析发病原因。结果就餐的4人中有3人食用了鱼干,3人中毒死亡,症状相似,未食用鱼干的1人未发病,从死者的心血、胃内容物中检测出河豚毒素。结论此次事件是因食用鱼干引起的河豚毒素食物中毒,为预防此类事件的发生,要加强水产品及其干货市场的监管力度,加强对群众不食用河豚鱼及制品和来历不明鱼干的宣传,加强实验室检测能力建设,为食物中毒事故原因查明提供强有力的技术支撑,加强培训医院救治河豚毒素中毒的能力。 Objective To identify the cause of the food poisoning and for formulating targeted preventive meas- ures. Methods Epidemiological investigations were used for all the diners and suspicious meal times to compare the difference of recipes between the case of illness and the person without the disease. Clinical manifestation and laboratory inspections were adopted as well. Results Four persons affected by this events and three of them ate fried fish developed the same symptoms and died. One person who did not eat fried fish was poisoned. Tet- rodotoxin was texted from the heart and stomach contents of the defunct. Conclusion This event is tetrodotoxin poisoning caused by eating dried fish. To prevent the event, the supervision of aquatic products and dried food must be strengthened, the publicity of prohibition of eating globefish and dried fish with unknown source should be intensified. Moreover, The capacity building of laboratory inspections should be increased to provide the powerful tool that helps finding out the cause of food poisoning. The hospital training of improving the treatment ability of tetrodotoxin poisoning should be strengthened.
