摘要
漆包线的耐电晕性能是影响变频电机寿命的重要因素之一,一般通过测试漆包线在高频脉冲电压条件下的击穿时间以评估其耐电晕性能。由于不同的耐电晕试验参数对测试结果有着较大的影响,故对漆包线耐电晕试验中所涉及到的关键参数进行了分析研究。
The corona resistance of the enamelled round winding wires is one of the important factors that affect the life of the variable frequency electric machine. Generally, we evaluate the corona resistance of the enamelled round winding wires by testing the breakdown time of them under high frequency pulse voltage. Different corona test parame- ters affect the testing results, so the key parameters of the corona resistance test for enamelled round winding wires are determinded and discussed throughly in this paper.
