Design of Wire Cutting Fixture for Tunnel Boring Machine Sprocket Tooth Profile

掘进机驱动链轮端面齿廓线切割加工过程中出现夹具与丝架碰撞,以致不能在一次装夹中完成整个齿廓的线切割加工,针对该问题设计了链轮齿廓线切割加工工装夹具方案。运用Pro/E创建夹具零部件三维图和装配图,介绍夹具主要零件结构、装配关系和使用方法。

In the wire cutting process of the drive sprocket transverse tooth profile about tunnel boring machine, fixture and holder collisions occur. The machining of the entire tooth profile can＇t be accomplished in one time. So design the sprocket tooth profile wire-cutting processing fixture. Using the Pro/E create fixture parts 3D model and assembly drawing, introduces main parts fixture structure, assembly relations and the using method.
