摘要
探讨并设计了一套煤自燃过程模拟及倾向性快速测定实验装置。该装置拟采用热电偶传感器实时监控实验箱内不同煤层高度温度随时间变化规律,通过气体浓度检测仪测定密封容积内O2、CO2和CO浓度变化速率。根据测试结果就可以判断不同煤种的活性。
Based on theory study, an experimental device to simulate spontaneous combustion of coal and measure tendency quickly is designed. The device can be employed to judge the activity of coal by monitoring temperature variation in different coal height with thermocouple sensor as well as concentration variation of O2, CO2 and CO in the sealing space with gas concentration detector. Based on the test result, the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal can be judged.
