煤矿巷道支护锚固用联速连接式钻杆设计

Design of Fast Connecting Drill Rod for Roadway Anchorage

针对现有煤矿支护锚固用钻杆拆卸困难的情况,设计了一种快速连接式钻杆,介绍了该钻杆的结构特征、连接方法,并对其强度进行了有限元分析,满足实际生产的需求,该钻杆结构简单,操作方便,运行成本低,能够有效地减少钻杆拆卸过程中对钻杆造成的损坏。

For the difficulty disassembling the drill rod for roadway anchorage, a fast connecting drill rod is designed. The character of structure and connection method is explained, it is found that its strength can meet requirements after being simulated by finite element software. This kind of drill rod has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, low operation cost, and can reduce the damage caused by disassembling the drill rod effectively.
