摘要
根据柔性生产线产品存储要求,设计了一种立体仓库自动存储控制系统。该系统以CPU226型PLC控制器为核心,结合步进电机、变频调速电机和编码检测等元件,进行了运动控制系统的详细设计,实现了产品自动存储、精确定位和平稳运行等功能。
Designs an automatic storage control system based on the requirement of flexible production line. The system takes the CPU226 PLC controller as the core, and combines the stepping motor, the frequency conversion speed regulation motor and the encoding detection, and the detailed design of the motion control system is carried out. It achieves the functions such as automatic storage, accurate positioning and stable operation.
