摘要
为了简便、高效、准确的进行渐开线圆柱齿轮的传动设计、建模、有限元分析及优化,以便更好地完成其优化设计。以一对圆柱齿轮为研究对象,利用China Machine软件进行该对齿轮的传动设计,得到了它们的几何参数和齿根弯曲疲劳强度等结果;再以该对齿轮中的大齿轮为研究对象,利用CAXA软件进行二维建模,结合Pro/E软件进行三维建模,再结合Solidworks软件进行有限元分析,得到了大齿轮的二维和三维模型、以及应力等有限元分析结果,并与China Machine计算值相对比,最后给出了齿轮的优化设计流程图。系统研究了综合运用China Machine、CAXA、Pro/E和Solidworks软件进行渐开线圆柱齿轮的传动设计、建模、有限元分析及优化的可行性。
For simple, efficient, and accurate conduct involute cylindrical gear transmission design, modeling, finite element analysis and optimization, in order to better fulfill its optimization design. With a pair of cylindrical gear for the study, using ChinaMachine software for the design of the drive gear, got their geometric parameters and the tooth root bending fatigue strength resuhs; then the big gear of the pair gears for the study, using CAXA for 2D modeling, combined with Pro/E for 3D modeling, combined with Solidworks for finite element analysis, got their two-dimensional and three-dimensional model and the results of finite element analysis for stress about the big gear and compared with the calculated values of ChinaMachine, and gives an optimized design flow gear. It has systematically studied that integrated using ChinaMachine, CAXA, Pro/E and Solidworks software for involute cylindrical gear's transmission design, modeling, finite element analysis and optimization is feasible.
