渐开线少齿差行星齿轮传动超载能力的有限元分析 被引量:9

Finite Element Analysis of Overload Capacity for Planetary Drive with Small Tooth Number Difference

摘要 利用Gearteq软件创建了精确的少齿差内齿轮副的实体装配模型,利用Solidworks Simulation软件完成了齿轮应力和超载能力分析,计算结果表明渐开线少齿差行星齿轮传动具有很高的超载能力。 Precise entity assembly model of internal gear pair with small tooth number difference is created by Gearteq software, finite element analysis of gear stress and overload capacity is completed by Simulation Solidworks software, calculation result show that planetary drive with small tooth number difference has a very high overload capacity.
