摘要 基于Belt Analyst带式输送机计算分析软件,对输送机进行了静态、动态等方面的分析计算,对比分析了不同计算标准下的差异性。仿真结果表明:根据传统设计计算方法得到的输送机张力和传动功率利用率较低,在驱动装置、滚筒、托辊等零部件的选型上趋于保守,安全系数过大;动态分析的设计方法可以较为精确地描述输送机张力、下垂度等参数变化,为优化设计选型的合理性提供了理论依据。 Analysis and calculation of static and dynamic based on Belt Analyst sottware. And the differences between different calculating standards were obtained by comparative analysis. Simulation results revealed that the efficiency of tension and transmission power was low based on the conventional method. The selection of drive, drum, roller and other parts was conservative, and the safety factor was too large. And the design method of dynamic analysis could provide a more accurate description for parameter variations such as tension, sag and so on. That can provide a theoretical basis for the rationality in selection of optimal design.
