摘要
变幅油缸多用于工程机械的升降装置中,也是故障率较高的部件。借助Abaqus强大的非线性分析功能,对变幅油缸关节轴承开裂的原因进行了分析,并对销轴设计提出了改进意见。
Luffing cylinder used in engineering machinery lifting gear,is also a high failure rate of components. With the help of powerful nonlinear analysis of Abaqus,luffing cylinder joint bearing is analyzed the reason of cracking, and put forward the counter shaft design improvements.
