某厂苯作业工人职业健康检查结果分析

Analysis of Occupation Health Examination in Factory Workers Exposed to Benzene

目的分析某家具厂不同性别苯作业工人的职业健康检查结果,了解该厂作业工人身体健康状况。方法对某家具厂进行职业健康检查,收集血常规、血压、肝功能等检查指标进行比较。结果该厂苯作业工人检出血常规指标偏低占13.7%,血压升高占21.7%,心电图异常占11.9%,转氨酶升高占16.9%,肝脾B超异常占27.0%,尿常规异常占13.6%,女性红细胞计数、血红蛋白偏低率高于男性。结论应定期对苯作业工人进行职业健康检查,加强职业卫生防护,尤其是女性工人,保障工人身体健康。

Objective To analyze the occupation health examination results in benzene exposed workers in a furniture factory, and to understand the health status of the factory workers. Methods The occupation health in- spection was carried out in a furniture factory and the physical indexes were analyzed, including blood routine, blood pressure check index, liver function, etc. Results Those with low blood routine accounted for 13.7% ; those with elevation of blood pressure accounted for 21.7% ; those with abnormal ECG accounted for 11.9% ; those with transaminase elevation accounted for 16.9% ; those with B ultrasound abnormalities accounted for 27.0% and those with abnormal urine accounted for 13.6%. The low rate of women~ red blood cell and hemoglobin were higher than that of male. Conclusion Occupation health examination should be car- fled out in workers exposed to benzene. The occupation health protection should be strengthened, especially in the female workers.
