摘要 目的了解四川省流感的流行特征和病毒亚型,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法在中国流感监测信息管理系统和传染病报告信息管理系统收集四川省2011-2014年流感样病例(ILI)监测数据、聚集性疫情监测数据、病原学监测数据和流感疫情数据进行描述性分析和Spearman秩相关分析。结果 2011-2014年ILI%具有一定的季节性;流感病原学检测2011年以甲型H1N1(55.75%)和B型(36.41%)为主,2012年以H3N2型(47.71%)和B型(47.25%)为主,2013年以甲型H1N1(63.61%)和B型(21.80%)为主,2014年以H3N2型(66.60%)和B型(24.08%)为主;ILI%与流感样病例病原学阳性率之间的相关性检验结果为r=0.1079,P=0.1209;全省的ILI暴发疫情85.71%发生在中小学校。结论四川省流感2011-2014监测年度间的优势毒株亚型之间呈现交替变化并有一定的规律。ILI%季节变化与流感疫情之间存在一定差异;ILI%季节变化与流感样病例病原学阳性率之间未发现统计学相关性;流感暴发疫情主要发生在中小学校。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and virus type of influenza in Sichuan province, and provide scientific evidence for developing influenza prevention measures. Methods Influenza surveillance in Sichuan province was consisted of influenza -like -illness (ILI) surveillance, etiological surveillance and outbreak monitoring surveillance. Flu cases were selected from infectious disease reporting system. Spearman' s rank correlation analysis was used to test the correlation coefficient. Results ILI% showed seasonal differences in 2011 - 2014. A ( H1 N1 ) (55.75%) and influenza B virus (36.41%) was the major strain in 2011 and respectively 63.61% and 21.80% in 2013. A (H3N2) (47.71%) and influenza B virus (24.08%) was the major strain in 2012, and respectively 66.60% and 24.08% in 2014. The correlation coefficient between ILI% and positive rate of influenza virus was 0. 107 9 and P value was 0. 120 9. From 2013 to 2014, 85.71% of the outbreaks were reported in primary and middle schools. Conclusion From 2011 to 2014, the predominant strains changed regularly. There is no significant correlation between ILI% and pos- itive rate of influenza virus. The results also indicated difference to some extent on the seasonal distribution between ILI% and influenza epidemic situation. Outbreaks are mainly occurred in primary and middle schools.
