基于SWOT分析的重庆市油用牡丹产业发展研究

Research on the development of oil tree peony industry in Chongqing based on SWOT analysis

油用牡丹是我国特有的木本油料树种,具有很高的油用、医学及观赏价值。重庆市油用牡丹栽植历史悠久,具有发展油用牡丹产业的良好基础。现根据近年来油用牡丹发展情况,采用SWOT分析方法,对重庆市油用牡丹产业的发展优势、劣势及面临的机遇和挑战进行综合分析,提出了统筹规划,谨慎推进,加快科研创新步伐,加强科技支撑体系建设;发挥自身优势,主打有机绿色食品,增加产品附加值,以工业带动农业发展;抓住机遇,扩大出口,以品牌和技术创造效益的近、中、远期发展策略建议。

Oil tree peony is a unique woody oil plant of China with high oil-used, medical and ornamental values. Oil tree peony had been planted in Chongqing for a long history, which had a good foundation for development of the industry. Strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of oil tree peony industry in Chongqing were comprehensively analyzed by SWOT model analysis in accordance with the recent development status of this industry. Close, medium and long- term development strategy,such as overall planning, cautiously promoting, accelerating the pace of scientific research and innovation, strengthening construction of scientific and technological support system; exerting own advantages of organic green food, increasing product added value, driving agricultural development with industry; seizing the opportunity, expanding exports, creating benefits with brand and technology, were proposed to provide a reference of oil tree peony industry development.
