摘要
该文对我国西南地区特有单属种药用植物金铁锁的本草考证、生物学特性、化学成分、药理活性、临床应用、种子繁殖与栽培、组织培养以及遗传多样性等方面的研究和利用现状进行了概述,并且分析了目前该植物开发利用中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了一些建议,为该植物的进一步开发和合理应用提供参考。
Studies and using actualities on herbal research, biological characteristics, chemical constituents, pharma- cological actions, clinical application, seed propagation and cultivation, tissue culture and genetic diversity of Psam- mosilene tunicoides which was one of the medicinal plant ＇ single-genera species＇, in southwest China were summa- rized. Basing on the analyzing of exploitation and using problems of this kind of plant, some suggestions were provid- ed, in order to offer the reference for reasonable exploitation and using.
