New Technology and Engineering Application of Mine Water Reuse in Underground Goaf of Coal Mine

摘要 结合煤矿矿井水井下再利用新技术在某矿区的成功应用,总结了其应用工艺、应用条件及所应采取的安全技术措施,研究结果表明:利用防水密闭墙结构,将开采过程中产生的矿井水注入采空区,进行沉淀、过滤、储存作为矿井生产生活水源,提高了矿井水利用率,解决了矿井水供水和污水外排问题,取得了良好的环境、经济及社会效益,为其它有条件的矿区及矿井井下采空区的储水再利用的安全实施提供了参考。 Combines with the successful application of new technology of underground mine water reuse in a mining area, summarizes the application process, application conditions and the safety technical measures. The results show that the waterproof sealing wall structure plays an important role, and the mine water in the process of mining is injected into the goaf in where it is deposited, filtrated and stored as production and living water resourses of mining area. It improves the utilization rate of mine water resources, at the same time it is an effective solution to solve the problem of water supply and sewage outfall in mining area. The process achieves good environmental, economic and social benefits, and it can also provide reference for security implementation of water storage reuse in underground goaf of other mining area or mine equipped with conditions.
