低温环境对“瘦肉精”快速检测结果的影响

Effects of Low Temperature Environment on "lean meat powder" rapid test results

使用A、B、C 3个品牌的克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺和沙丁胺醇试纸条,在-5、-10、-15、-20和-30℃低温环境下检测不同浓度的动物尿液样品,研究不同低温条件对各种"瘦肉精"快速检测试纸条检测结果正确率的影响情况。结果表明,低温环境对不同品牌的各种试纸条的检测结果均存在影响,检测结果准确率随温度下降而降低的趋势明显,不同品牌的试纸条受温度的影响也存在差异。

At -5 ℃, -10 ℃, -15 ℃, -20 ℃ and -30℃ low temperature environment, useing A, B, C three brands of clenbuterol, ractopamine and salbutamol strips to test the different concentra- tions of animal urine samples. /he effects of different low temperature conditions on the accura- cy rate of the various ＂lean meat powder＂ test strips was researched. The results showed that ac- curacy of the test results was significantly decreased with the decrease of temperature. There were also differences in the temperature of the strip of different brands.
