微波消解-原子吸收法测定貉肉中重金属含量 被引量:3

Determination of Metal Elements in Meat of Raccoon Dog by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry linking Microwave Digestion method

摘要 本试验建立了测定貉肉中重金属含量的微波消解-原子吸收法,并用该方法对冀东地区皮用貉肉腿肌中重金属含量进行了测定。貉肉样品采用微波消解进行处理,铜、锌、锰采用火焰原子吸收法进行测定,铅、铬、镉采用石墨炉原子吸收法进行测定。本方法相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为铜0.191 mg/kg、锌0.028 mg/kg、锰0.078 mg/kg、铅0.013 mg/kg、铬0.004 mg/kg、镉0.000 1 mg/kg,加标回收试验结果显示该方法精密度和准确度良好。用本方法测定样品的结果显示铅、镉未检出,铜、锌、锰、铬的平均含量分别为1.26 mg/kg、38.33 mg/kg、0.31 mg/kg、0.08 mg/kg。由此可见,微波消解-原子吸收法适用于貉肉中重金属含量的分析,皮用貉肉腿肌中对人体有益元素铜、锌、锰与羊后腿肉相近或稍高,对人体有害元素铅、铬、镉低于食品卫生标准,不会对人体产生重金属危害。 The method for determination of heavy metal in meat of raccoon dog by atomic absorp- tion spectrometry linking microwave digestion were established, and the heavy metal in meat of raccoon dog in the ease of Hebei province were determined. The samples were digested by microwave digestion, the content of Cu, Zn and Mn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the content of Pb, Cr and Cd were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The correlation coefficient for the standard curves of Cu, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cr and Cd were higher than 0.999. The determination limit of Cu, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cr and Cd were 0.191 mg/kg, 0.028 mg/kg, 0.079 mg/ kg, 0.013 mg/kg, 0.004 mg/kg, 0.0001 mg/kg respectively. Recovery experiments show good precision and accuracy. Analytical results of unknown samples were Pb and Cd were not found, the content of Cu, Zn, Mn, Cr were 1.26 mg/kg, 38.33 mg/kg, 0.31 mg/kg, 0.08 mg/kg respectively. Thus the method can he employed on the contents of heavy mental in the meet of raccoon dog. For leg muscle of rac- coon dog, the content of Cu, Zn and Mn were similar or higher than mutton in hind leg, the con- tent of Pb, Cr and Cd were far less than the limited standard of contamination in food, which will not cause heavy metal damage.
