厚向强度特性对特厚板弯曲成形的影响 被引量:2

Influence of material strength property through thickness on bending of super-thick plate

摘要 厚向强度特性是影响特厚板弯曲成形的重要因素。选取50mm、100mm和220mm 3种不同厚度的Q235热轧板材,在厚向不同位置截取标准圆棒试样进行静拉伸试验,得到了3种厚板的厚向强度特性曲线。采用有限元模拟方法研究了特厚板弯曲变形时厚向强度特性对内部材料应变、板层移动和弯曲力矩的影响,结果表明,弯曲相对曲率槇κ<0.3时,厚向强度特性对3种板材的内部材料应变和板层径向移动量的影响比值均接近1.5%,其影响较小;相对曲率槇κ=0.15时,厚向强度特性对3种板材弯矩的影响比值分别约为4.6%、5.7%和10%,影响效果明显。 Material strength property has an important effect on bending deformation of super-thick plate.Three kinds of Q235 plates with thickness of 50 mm,100mm,220 mm were selected and investigated by standard tensile testing of round bars from multiple positions through thickness of the plates,and the strength property curves were got respectively.The effect of the material strength property on the material effective stain,plate layer movement and bending moment was studied by the finite element modeling.The results show that the effect proportion of the material strength property on the effective stain and the layer movement is about 1.5% when the relative bending curvature is smaller than 0.3,and the effect proportion of which on bending moment is respectively 4.6%,5.7% and 10% when the curvature is 0.15.
