摘要
燃油箱是汽车重要的安全件。文章提出一种新型铁素体不锈钢,并对其耐蚀性、加工性和安全性等进行了研究分析。与镀铅碳钢相比,新开发的不锈钢材料耐蚀性好,强度高,制作燃油箱时材料厚度可以减薄,有利于减轻车重。与铝合金相比,不锈钢材料强度高,制作的燃油箱防碰撞性能好,提高了车辆安全性,同时可以降低油箱制造成本。不锈钢制作的燃油箱在耐压性、振动耐久性和密封性等方面检验测试全部合格。
Fuel tank is a key safe component of automobile.This paper introduces a new kind of stainless steel.The corrosion resistance,formability and safety property of the material were studied.Compared with lead plated carbon steel,the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel is better,the strength of the stainless steel is higher,and the thickness of the material can become thinner when used in automobile fuel tank,which makes the automobile weightiness become lighter.Compared with the aluminum alloy,the strength of the stainless steel is higher and the collision resistance of the stainless steel is better when used in automobile fuel tank,which causes the automobile fuel tank to become safer and cheaper.The tests indicate that the fuel tank made of the stainless steel can meet the requirements of pressure resistance,vibration durability and airproofing.
