Annexin A4在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of annexin A4 in gastric cancer

目的 :研究人类膜联蛋白Ⅳ(Annexin A4,ANX-IV)在不同病理类型以及不同病理分期的胃癌病例组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:胃癌组织、癌旁组织、正常胃组织标本75例,应用组织芯片、Western-blot及免疫组化方法检测Annexin A4的表达情况。结果:组织芯片、Western-blot及免疫组化结果均显示Annexin A4在胃癌组织中的表达程度明显高于正常胃组织,Annexin A4的表达程度随着胃癌临床病理分期的增加而明显升高,其表达程度随着胃癌分化程度的降低而升高。结论:胃组织中Annexin A4表达升高与胃癌的发生发展相关,胃黏膜组织中高表达的Annexin A4提示较高的胃癌恶性程度或是较晚的胃癌临床病理分期。

Objective： In this study, the differential expression of Annexin A4（ANX-IV） protein in different pathotype and pathologic staging of human gastric cancer tissues and serum specimens are to be investigated in order to discuss its clinical significance. Methods： We selected 75 cases of gastric cancer, benign tissues beside zhe cancer, and normal stomach tissues. The expression of Annexin A4 protein in those samples mentioned above were observed by tissue chip, Western-blot and immunohistochemistry assay. Results： The result of tissue chip,Western-blot and immunohistochemistry shows that the expression of Annexin A4 in gastric cancer is proved to be significantly higher than normal gastric tissues. And with the immunohistochemistry between each group of different clinical pathologic staging of gastric cancer and different gastric cancer differentiation, theexpression level of Annexin A4 raises with the increase of the clinical pathologic staging of gastric cancer, while the expression of Annexin A4 increases with the reduce of the gastric cancer differentiation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The overexpression of Annexin A4 in gastric mucous membrane tissues is associated with the development of gastric cancer. And the higher malignant degree or later clinical-pathologic staging of gastric cancer can be inferred from the overexpression of Annexin A4 in gastric mucous membrane tissues.
