摘要 聚合物的存在对破乳具有一定的负面影响,但当聚合物质量浓度小于300 mg/L时,影响不大;在聚合物浓度大于300 mg/L后,聚合物浓度越高,原油的脱水率越低。根据现场试验井采出液特点,通过室内模拟实验开展了聚合物驱采出液破乳剂的筛选和配方优化,研制出聚合物驱采出液破乳剂8911,其破乳效果显著,优于现场在用破乳剂,可将原油脱水温度从35~60℃降低到30℃,破乳剂加药浓度从70~100 mg/L降低到30 mg/L。 Polymer has a certain negative effect on the demutsification, but if the polymer mass concentration is less than 300 mg/L, the influence islittle; when the polymer content is more than 300 mg/L, the higher polymer mass concentration is, the lower crude oil dehydration ratewillbe. According to the characteristics of fluid produced from tested well, laboratory simulation experiments were carried out to screen demulsifiers for fluid produced from polymer flooding and to optimize the formulation. Demulsifier 8911 was developed, the demulsifying efficiency of" which was significantly better than that used now in the field. The crude oil dehydration temperature can be lowered from 35-60 ℃ to 30 ℃, the demulsifier concentration from 70 - 100 mg/L down to 30 mg/L.
