西北地区埋地输油管道泄漏三维数值模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 以西北某热油管道为例,利用有限容积法建立三维流动传质数学模型,模拟油水在埋地管道周围土壤中的两相流;再利用CFD软件,分别模拟冬季不同位置的输油管道发生泄漏后周围土壤温度场的变化和泄漏油品在土壤中的扩散情况。模拟结果表明:在输油管道发生泄漏前,管道周围已经形成了比较稳定的温度场;管道泄漏初期,大地温度场变化迅速,并很快形成一个热影响区域;泄漏一段时间后,先锋油品移动速度减小,油品开始向管道上方和下方扩散;不同的泄漏位置,周围的大地温度场也在变化,泄漏油品在土壤中呈现形状各不相同的扩散分布。 Use a hot oil pipeline in northwest as an example, select finite volume method to establish a three-dimensional flow and mass transfer mathematical model, to simulate twophase flow of oil and water in the soil around the buried pipeline. Using CFD software, simulate pipeline leak at different positions in winter respectively, caused by the diffusion of oil pipeline the surrounding soil temperature field changes and oil leakage in the soil spread. The simulation results show that a relatively stable temperature field has been Formed around the pipeline before the pipeline is leaking. In the early stage of-pipeline leakage, the earth temperature field is changing rapidly, and a heat affected area is rapidly Formed. AFtera period of time, the speed of movement of the pioneer oil decreased, and the oil began to spread to the upper and lower part of the pipe. AFter the oil pipeline leak, the different leakage position, corresponding to the location of the earth around the temperature field is also changed, the leakage ofoil in the soil was significantly different from the spread of the distribution.
