摘要
为了解决低渗透油田污水处理后回注水不达标的问题,根据低渗透油田采出水的水质特性,设计了一套一体化橇装微滤膜污水处理装置。依托该微滤膜污水处理装置,在延长油田某处理厂进行了运行温度与压力对微滤膜处理效果的影响试验和分析,得出了金属膜过滤器的最佳运行温度和压力范围。在金属膜过滤器的最佳运行温度和压力范围内,并配套使用絮凝沉降辅助技术,某处理厂最终出水悬浮固体含量、悬浮固体颗粒粒径中值、含油量3项指标均达到了回注水水质指标要求。
In order to solve the problem of unqualified reinjection water after sewage treatment, according to the characteristics of produced water quality in low permeability oilfield, a set of integrated skid mounted micro-filtration membrane sewage treatment device was designed. Relying on the device, a test was carried out to work out the optimum range of operating temperature and pressure of metal membrane filter .With the support offlocculation sedimentation assistive technology, the suspended solids content, the median particle size ofsuspended solid particle, the oil content of three indicators in the final produced water have met the reinjection water quality requirements.
