油田地面管线应用橡胶软管的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 延长油田地处黄土高原,地面管线处在夏季暴雨频发、冬季寒冷且腐蚀严重的恶劣环境。橡胶软管具有耐腐蚀、耐高压、柔韧性好的优点,能够适应延长油田自然环境和腐蚀工况。结合延长油田地面管线服役工况,依据《橡胶和塑料软管及软管组合件—静液压试验方法(GB/T 5563-2006)》等相关标准对DN80 mm PN16 MPa、DN100 mm PN6 MPa两种规格橡胶软管性能进行了检测,结果表明:橡胶软管抗内压性能、密封性能、抗外压性能、弯曲性能均可满足延长油田工况需求,具有推广应用潜力;同时针对国内油田用橡胶软管技术标准体系尚不健全的现状,建议相关单位研究制订相关技术标准。 Yanchangoilfield located in the loess plateau, ground pipeline under harsh natu- ral environment and serious corrosion condition. The adaptability of rubber hose in Yahchang oilfield environment condition was analysed. According to rubber andplastieshoses and hose assemblieslhydrostatic test method (GB/T 5563- 2006) , the results show rubber hose can be adapted to Yanchang oilfield environment condition and has some advantages. The IDN80 mm PN16 MPa and DN100 mm PN6 MPa rubber hose has passed lab test with good performance. The advantages such as convenient construction and corrosion resistance, which ensure the wide application prospect of this product. At last, it suggests establish the technical standard of quality control.
