骨折复位固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of the fracture fixator in the treatment of tibiofibula fractures

目的:探讨骨折复位固定器对胫腓骨骨折患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2011年12月至2014年12月于本院接受治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者80例,均采用骨折复位固定器进行治疗,观察治疗后患者的骨愈合情况,平均下床时间,机体功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况等。结果:本组患者骨折愈合时间平均为80 d,一般下床时间为术后12 d;术后患者机体的恢复情况(优良率)为98.8%,且均无软组织坏死、骨髓炎、骨不连等并发症出现。结论:采用骨折复位固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折愈合快,下床时间早,康复率好,且安全性高,无明显并发症。

Objective ： To explore the curative effect of the fracture fixator in the treatment of patients with tibiofibula fractures. Methods ： From December 2011 to December 2014, 80 cases of tibiofibula fracture given therapy were selected and treated with fracture fixator. Bone healing condi- tion, the average off- bed time, the body function recovery and complications after treatment were observed. Results：The healing time of fracture for these patients was 80 d on average, and the postoperative off - bed time in general was 12 d. The excellent and good rate of postoperative recov- ery of the body function was 98.8 %, without soft tissue necrosis, osteomyelitis, bone nonunion and other complications. Conclusion：Tibiofibula fractures treated with fracture fixator manifest the advantages of fast healing, earlier off- bed time, good recovery rate, high safety, as well as no significant complications.
