氨溴索雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰治疗支气管肺炎

The clinical observation of ambroxol via inhalation combined with extrasomatic vibration sputum in the treatment of bronchopneumonia

目的:探讨氨溴索雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果。方法:收集2012年1月至2014年10月儿科治疗的支气管肺炎患儿145例进行回顾性研究分析,所有患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组共80例,对照组共65例,A、B两组均给予基础综合治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用氨溴索雾化吸入后体外振动排痰,对照组采用氨溴索雾化吸入后扣背排痰。结果:观察组症状、体征消失时间及平均住院时间均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索雾化吸入联合振动排痰治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效好,安全性高。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of ambroxol via inhalation combined with extrasomatic vibration sputum in the treatment of chil- dren bronchopneumonia. Methods： From January 2012 to October 2014, 145 cases of child patients with bronchopneumonia were retrospectively analyzed, and all child patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. There were 80 cases in group A and 65 cases in group B. Two groups were given basic therapy. On the basis of this, group A accepted ambroxol via inhalation combined with extrasomatic vibration sputum, and group B accepted discharging sputum by patting back after ambroxol via inhalation. Results ： The time of symptoms and signs disappearing and the time of average stay in group A were significantly less than those of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ambroxol via inhalation combined with ex- trasomatic vibration sputum in the treatment of children brnnchopneumonia is of good efficacy and high safety.
