Evaluating left ventricular function of patients with heart failure by using ultrasonic speckle tracking imaging

摘要 目的:探讨超声斑点跟踪成像技术评价心力衰竭患者心肌收缩功能的价值。方法:采集对照组28例和心力衰竭患者24例的动态二维灰阶图像,将图像导入Echo PAC-BT12工作站测量和计算左心室18节段长轴峰值应变;同时应用Simpson法测量左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF),对两组结果进行比较。结果:对照组LVEF为(66.38±6.54),心力衰竭组为(36.67±3.92),心力衰竭组LVEF小于对照组(P<0.01);两组间左心室心尖段6个节段(前间隔、前壁、侧壁、后壁、下壁、后间隔)峰值ε比较,心力衰竭组均小于对照组(P<0.05),心力衰竭组中间段的前间隔、后间隔及前壁小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:超声斑点跟踪成像技术是一种能快速、准确地检测心力衰竭患者心肌病变的新工具。 Objective : To explore the value of ultrasonic speckle tracking imaging (STI) in the regional systolic myocardial function of patients with heart failure (HF). Methods:The two - dimensional gray - scale dynamic images of 24 patients with HF ( the HF group) and 28 healthy sub- jects (the control group) were collected and imported into EehoPAC - -BT12 workstation, with the longitudinal peak strains of the 18 segments measured and calculated; left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was measured by using Simpsong rule, with the results of the two groups com- pared. Results : LVEF of the control group was (66.38 ± 6.54 ) and that of the HF group was ( 36.67 ± 3.92 ) , the difference being significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The peak e of the 6 apical segments ( the anterior septum, the anterior wall, the side wall, the posterior wall, the inferior wall, the pos- terior septum ) of the left ventricle of the HF group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P 〈0.05 ), while The peak e of the anterior septum, the posterior septum and the anterior wall of the middle segments of the HF group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Ultrasonic speckle tracking imaging is a new toot which can detect myocardial lesions in patients with heart failure ouicklv and accurately.
