复方橄榄颗粒的质量标准研究

Quality Standard for Compound Ganlan Granules

目的建立复方橄榄颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对颗粒中青果、陈皮进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法测定颗粒中没食子酸的含量。结果青果、陈皮的薄层色谱特征斑点明显,阴性无干扰。HPLC测定中,没食子酸在0.0214-0.4288μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1）,平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD为1.13%。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于复方橄榄颗粒的质量标准控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Compound ganlan granules METHODS Canar- ium album Raeusch. and Citrus reticulata Blaneo were identified by TLC. The content of gallic aci was determinated by HPLC. RESULTS TLC spots of Canarium album Raeusch. and Citrus reticulata Blaneo were clear,without inter- feremce. The experiment showed good linear relationship at the ranges of 0. 0214 - 0. 42881xg for gallic aci（ r = 1 ） The average recovery rate of gallic aci was 99. 15% ,RSD was 1.13%. CONCLUSION The established methods are not only practical but capable of effectively controlling the quality of Compound Ganlan Granules.
